Return Policy

The return policy is structured to ensure a seamless and secure shopping experience while acknowledging that sometimes a purchase may not meet customer expectations. To help customers navigate the process, they are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the return guidelines before initiating any requests. These guidelines provide clarity on the conditions under which returns are accepted and the steps involved. For added convenience, the policy is extended during the holiday season. Specifically, purchases made between October 30 and December 30, 2024, are eligible for return until January 31, 2025. However, this extended return window does not apply to items marked as final sale or certain collaboration products, which are excluded from returns, refunds, or exchanges.

In order to be eligible for a return, products must be in an unused, unworn, and unwashed state. Original tags, labels, and packaging should be kept intact, as they are essential for efficient processing. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must also be provided. Products that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or cleaning are not eligible for return. While missing tags may not automatically invalidate a return, keeping original packaging is highly recommended to avoid complications. Once a return request is approved, refunds are generally processed to the original payment method, including prepaid cards where applicable. For gift purchases, reimbursement is typically provided as store credit. Items marked as final sale are ineligible for any form of return, exchange, or refund.

Returns can be completed through the mail or at participating retail locations. It’s important to note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. For in-store purchases linked to a customer account or digital receipt, returns can be processed using the online return system. However, purchases without an associated email or digital record must be returned directly to a physical store. Combining multiple orders into a single return shipment is not allowed, and prepaid return labels are not available for APO or FPO addresses.

For mail returns, a standard return shipping fee of $6.00 will be deducted from the refund. This fee may be waived in certain cases, such as for loyalty program members on eligible purchases, when customers opt for store credit instead of a refund, or if the return is made in person at a retail location. After initiating a return request online, customers will receive a confirmation email along with detailed instructions, a QR code, and a prepaid shipping label. The return package must then be dropped off at a designated carrier location within 14 days. For in-person returns, no online initiation is required.

Returned items are thoroughly inspected upon arrival at the processing facility to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. Customers will be notified once their return has been reviewed and either approved or declined. The evaluation process typically takes up to seven business days. Once approved, refunds are usually processed within three to five business days, depending on the customer’s financial institution. If store credit is issued, it will be sent electronically to the email address provided during the original purchase. Items that do not meet the return criteria may be rejected, and any store credit issued may be reversed if necessary. Returns related to gifts are refunded either to the original purchaser or the recipient once the return is confirmed in transit.

Each return is assessed on an individual basis to ensure the product meets the stated eligibility conditions. The company reserves the right to limit or refuse returns or future purchases if misuse, fraud, or repeated policy violations are suspected. Returns submitted beyond the standard eligibility period or without sufficient proof of purchase may still be processed as store credit or handled according to applicable legal requirements. This policy is designed to balance customer flexibility with the need to uphold product quality standards and ensure the responsible use of the return system.
